ORDER

AJMAL MIAN, J.Since F.I.R. was lodged after the delay of nearly 20 days and as the alleged witnesses were not named in the F.I.R. and the police statements were recorded after 21 days from the date of. incident in our view it is a fit case for grant of bail.

The above petition is converted into an appeal and is allowed. The petitioner is admitted to bail in the sum of Rs.50,000 (Fifty thousand) with two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court.
